Terms
- Free for 3 days, then €1.99 per month until you cancel.
- One subscription covers up to 3 devices on one home network.
- It is a clock, not an alarm: use your device’s own alarm for anything you must not miss.
- You can cancel or delete your data at any time.
1. Who we are
The service is published by a micro-entrepreneur registered in France, SIREN 927924621. VAT is not applicable (article 293 B of the French tax code). Contact: contact@aplusz.app.
The site is hosted by Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend Street, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA.
2. What the service is
A calm clock wallpaper for your screen. It shows clock faces in full screen, keeps your screen awake while the page is open, and plays soothing sounds with a sleep timer.
Free for everyone, at any time: one digital clock face and the waves sound. During the 3 free days and with a subscription: all clock faces, all sounds and the sleep timer.
3. Alarms, battery and limits
Relax my clock shows the time and plays sounds. It is not an alarm and does not wake you. Use your device’s own alarm for anything you must not miss.
Keeping the screen awake uses battery. Keep your device charging at night, and keep the volume low.
4. Free trial
New visitors get 3 days free. The days are counted per network: they belong to your home network, so switching device keeps the same days, and people on one network share one trial. To count them we keep a one-way hash of your network address, never the raw address.
Changing network to start new trials is not allowed.
5. Subscription and price
After the trial, a subscription costs €1.99 per month, paid through PayPal. It renews every month until you cancel. No VAT is added to this price.
If the price changes, we email you before the new price applies to your next payment, so you can cancel first.
6. Devices
One subscription works on up to 3 of your devices on the same home network. Another set of 3 devices needs its own subscription. You sign in on each device with your email.
7. Cancel and refunds
You can cancel at any time from Manage or unsubscribe. Cancelling stops the next payment, and you keep access until the end of the month you paid for. You can also delete your data there.
If you live in the European Union, you can withdraw from a new subscription within 14 days of paying. Because the service starts at once, we refund your payment minus the days already used. Apart from this, payments are not refunded unless the law requires it.
8. Share and your free month
Subscribers get a personal link. When a friend signs up through your link and pays their first month, your next month is free. Each new friend adds one free month.
A friend counts only if they are new: a new email, on a network that has not had a free trial. You see how many friends joined, never who. Your friend never learns your name unless you add it.
We may refuse a free month if we see abuse, such as signing up yourself or using made-up emails. We may change or stop the offer for future sign-ups. Free months you already earned stay.
9. Fair use
Use the service for yourself. Do not share your account with other people, overload or attack the service, or copy its content in bulk. We can suspend access if these rules are broken.
10. Your data
We keep only what the service needs: your email, your device identifier, your subscription status and a one-way hash of your network. We use them to sign you in on your devices, count your free days, run your subscription and keep the service safe. Your clock, sound and timer choices stay on your device. We use no cookies.
You can change or delete your data at any time from Manage or unsubscribe. Deleting removes it. You also have the rights of access, correction, erasure, portability and objection, and you can complain to the French data protection authority (CNIL). More detail is on the Privacy page.
11. Availability and liability
We work to keep the service running but cannot promise it will never be interrupted. It is provided as it is.
Nothing in these Terms limits your rights as a consumer, or liability that the law does not allow us to exclude, including for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by our fault. Otherwise, and as far as the law allows, our liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
12. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. If a change matters to you, we email you before it applies.
13. Law and disputes
French law applies. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live. Please contact us first at contact@aplusz.app, and we will try to solve it.
As a consumer you can use a free consumer mediator: CM2C, https://www.cm2c.net. Disputes go to the French courts, unless mandatory law gives you the courts of your home country.
14. Using our content
The public pages and the public API of this site may be used by search engines and AI systems to search, to ground answers and to train models. Please credit the source as: Relax my clock, retrieved on the date you read it, with the address of the page. Subscriber data is never part of this permission.
